Return Policy

At Divanka, we ensure your jewelry is carefully packed and delivered. However, if your item is damaged during shipping, we are here to assist with a return or replacement.


Conditions for Returns
• Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged during shipping.
• An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage. The video must:
• Show the package in its completely sealed condition before opening.
• Clearly capture the unboxing process and the damaged item.
• You must inform us about the damage within 24 hours of receiving the item.


Return Process
1. Notify Us: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 8848629823 or support@divanka.in 
2. Share Video: Provide the unboxing video and details of the damage.
3. Send the Item: If the return is approved, you will need to send the damaged item to the following address:

Please note that we do not offer a pickup service for returns.
4. Refund/Replacement:
• Upon receiving and verifying the item, we will process your full refund.
• Alternatively, a replacement will be sent as per your preference.


Note
• Requests without a clear, sealed unboxing video or submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for returns or replacements.
• Custom-made and personalised jewellery are not eligible for returns.
